Health & Fitness Retreats
New for 2020 are our health and fitness retreats at the chapel. Capel Jerusalem is the perfect venue for exercise, relaxation and socialising. The open plan living area, with underfloor heating, is used for yoga and stretching classes and on the doorstep we have fabulous mountains, beaches, rivers and lakes for exercising in the great outdoors.
Our season begins with yoga and walking weekends, in March and May, with dates to be released soon for our wild swimming & trail running weekends. Please select from the drop-down menu, to find out more.
